TotalEnergies is seeking a skilled Drilling & Wells engineer to join the OneTech branch, contributing to the preparation, optimization, and monitoring of drilling, completion, and well intervention projects globally.

You will work in an international, collaborative environment, interacting with affiliates and headquarters, performing engineering studies, risk assessments, and deployment of best practices, while advancing energy transition objectives.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or Master’s in Drilling and Wells required.
• Minimum 3 years of drilling, completion or well engineering experience.
• Strong interest in technical subjects and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Participate in engineering studies related to drilling, completion, and well interventions.
• Carry out assignments in affiliates as required.
• Contribute to preparation and monitoring of operations.
• Provide technical support and engineering analyses for affiliates.
• Perform performance analyses, monitor deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in technical reviews and risk assessments.
• Contribute to deployment of best practices and new technologies.
• Collaborate with operations teams, project teams, and technical experts.
• Serve as primary contact for Drilling & Completion activities.
