Goodwill Industries of Greater Grand Rapids, Inc. is seeking a Production Team Member to sort and price donated items in our processing center. You’ll help transform donations into ready-for-sale inventory and support a well-stocked sales floor for customers.

You will evaluate items for style and condition, apply fair pricing, and maintain efficient daily quotas while working independently as part of a larger team committed to community impact and sustainable practices.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and quality assessment abilities.
• Efficient work pace with consistent productivity.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift 10-25 pounds throughout your shift.

• Basic understanding of retail pricing and consumer appeal.

Responsabilités

• Sort and price incoming donations based on style, condition, and market appeal.
• Work in a backroom processing center to keep inventory organized and ready for the floor.
• Help ensure pricing strategies balance accessibility with revenue goals.
• Contribute to meeting daily processing quotas and team production targets.
