Euroclear seeks a Business Analyst to bridge business needs with IT solutions, supporting innovative digital securities issuance processes and PoC/PoV activities. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, PO, and IT teams to ensure successful delivery.

The role involves leading requirements analysis, documenting functional designs, and assisting with backlog prioritization. A cross-functional, collaborative environment with a strong focus on DL/TL and SDLC is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis in the financial services sector.
• Understanding of Euroclear’s software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) including Corda, Canton, Hyperledger Besu, Ethereum is a plus.
• Understanding the bond primary issuance process and the role of a central securities depositary (CSD).
• Knowledge of UML is a plus.
• Experience in testing case writing and execution (Gherkin is a plus).
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong priority and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key interface between business stakeholders, the Product Owner (PO) and IT team.
• Requirements Analysis: Lead the analysis of business requirements, both functional and non-functional, and translate them into structured documentation.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed business requirements and validate functional designs derived from your analysis.
• Product Backlog Management: Assist the Product Owner in writing and prioritizing PBIs and ensure they are ready for development.
