Oetker Hotels Corporate Office in Paris is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Intern to join our Distribution, Revenue Management & Sales Strategy teams. The intern will support day-to-day activities in the Distribution department per Oetker Hotels guidelines, coordinating tasks and helping implement global strategy to maximize opportunities.

The role reports to the Head of Revenue Management and involves coordinating with the hotels portfolio, maintaining projects, and ensuring timely

Qualifications

• University level or higher education in Business Schools/Hotel Management.
• First internship in a luxury hotel appreciated.
• Fluent English required; French, German, Portuguese or Italian a plus.
• Sense of rigor, organization and autonomy.

Responsabilités

• Participates in the development and implementation of the Distribution strategy for new hotels.
• Effectively carries out projects and assignments delegated.
• Contributes to the Collection Reporting Data by preparing monthly business reports with origins of business and segmentation.
• Providing data (benchmarking).
• Distribution & Marketing team data support.
• Business case reviews.

Description du poste

We are looking for a positive, enthusiastic and ambitious Intern to join our great Distribution, Revenue Management & Sales Strategy teams at Oetker Hotels Corporate Office in Paris.

The intern, within the limits of the established Oetker Hotels guidelines, ensures the day-to-day activities of the Oetker Hotels Distribution department in support of the Collection and with specific responsibilities for coordinating and implementing the tasks set forth in regards to distribution.

Reporting to the Head of Revenue Management and in coordination with the hotels portfolio, the intern maintains projects in good order and ensure implementations of global strategy in order to maximize business opportunities in the specified areas.

Missions:

• Participates in the development and implementation of the Distribution strategy for new hotels,

Full time internship for 6 months exclusively as from 19 october 2026.

• Internship monthly allowance: 4,50€ / hour for 35 hours per week
• Meal allowance of 185,68€ per month
• The public transport reimbursement (75%)
