Brevo is seeking a Distinguished Engineer in Paris to lead cross-cutting technical transformations that span Product Engineering, Platform, Infrastructure and Data. This IC role reports to the CTO and has authority to drive major technical decisions across the engineering org.

You will own end-to-end initiatives such as CI/CD overhaul, observability improvements with OpenTelemetry, and platform abstractions around messaging and data stores, shaping Brevo's technical future.

Qualifications

• Leadership at senior principal/fellow level in a large engineering organization.
• Proven track record driving large-scale system transformations across multiple teams.

Responsabilités

• Own high-impact technical transformations end to end across org boundaries.
• Architect, implement, migrate, adopt and retire legacy systems as needed.
• Drive standards around service communication, reliability, runtime architecture and developer platforms.
