Pierre Fabre Laboratories is seeking an experienced Preclinical Project Manager to advance therapeutic programs from discovery through preclinical development. This role combines scientific judgment with strategic planning and operational excellence to drive cross-functional teams toward decision-ready outcomes.

The position offers teleworking up to 2 days per week and an attractive package including incentives, profit-sharing, and health and provident insurance; RTT and personal holidays

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences or related field.
• Proven experience leading preclinical or translational projects.
• Strong planning and budgeting capabilities.
• Excellent communication with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Fluent English in scientific environment.

Responsabilités

• Drive preclinical programs from target validation through IND-enabling activities.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans with timelines, resources, budget, milestones.
• Lead cross-functional execution across discovery, pharmacology, DMPK, toxicology, CMC, translational, clinical, regulatory, and external partners.
• Monitor delivery, identify risks, resolve issues, and adapt plans based on data and priorities.
• Prepare high-quality updates and recommendations for R&D leadership and governance boards.
