Pierre Fabre recherche un Chef de Projet Préclinique expérimenté pour accélérer des programmes thérapeutiques de la découverte au développement préclinique.

Vous dirigerez des équipes inter‑fonctionnelles et veillerez à la qualité des livrables, au respect des jalons et à l’alignement avec la stratégie portefeuille. Télétravail possible jusqu’à 2 jours/semaine selon règles internes.

Qualifikationen

• Diplôme avancé en sciences de la vie ou domaine pertinent.
• Maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral et environnement international.
• Expérience au minimum de 5 ans en découverte de médicaments et/ou développement préclinique.

Aufgaben

• Conduire des programmes précliniques de la validation de cibles jusqu’aux activités IND‑enable.
• Élaborer et gérer des plans de projet intégrés: calendriers, ressources, budgets et jalons.
• Coordonner les expertises discovery, pharmacology, DMPK, toxicologie, CMC, translational, clinique et partenaires externes.
• Surveiller la livraison des projets et ajuster les plans en fonction des données émergentes.
