Qualifications

• Eight+ years in progressive security or protective services.
• Three+ years managing supervisors and multi-shift security teams.
• ASIS CPP or PSP certification preferred.
• FEMA ICS-100 through ICS-800 coursework preferred.
• CPR, AED, and first-aid training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee security and guest protection across a 300-acre property with lodging, event spaces, and VIP services.
• Lead protective services for a high-profile hospitality environment including events, productions, and executive visitors.
• Ensure incident reporting, risk assessment, and executive briefings; coordinate with emergency services.
