As the Director of IT Delivery, you will lead high-impact client engagements, guiding digital transformation initiatives and driving account growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, shaping strategies that align technology solutions with business objectives. This role combines executive relationship management with strategic oversight of delivery, ensuring client success and operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, deliver innovative solutions, and foster long-term partnerships. Your leadership will directly influence revenue growth, client satisfaction, and the strategic direction of IT initiatives. The role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your strategic vision and execution skills are critical to success.

Accountabilities
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with client stakeholders across business and technology units.
  • Drive strategic growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partnering with internal teams to expand account presence.
  • Advise clients on digital transformation, cloud modernization, and AI/GenAI adoption, providing thought leadership and market insights.
  • Oversee proposal development, value propositions, and executive presentations to align solutions with client needs.
  • Collaborate with delivery directors to ensure high-quality execution and sustained client satisfaction.
  • Track account health, revenue performance, and pipeline development, providing governance and strategic reviews.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in client partnership, account management, or consulting within technology, digital services, or enterprise IT.
  • Proven track record managing large enterprise accounts and achieving multi-million-dollar revenue growth.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior client stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of digital transformation, cloud technologies, and emerging technologies including AI/GenAI.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship leadership skills.
  • Experience building cross-functional strategies and leading multidisciplinary teams.
