Pix in Paris is seeking a senior manager to lead its pedagogical content strategy, define an overarching vision for learning modules and assessments, and ensure a coherent user learning path aligned with its public-interest mission.

You will collaborate with subject-matter experts, editors, developers, and data specialists, uphold high-quality digital content, and drive delivery while mentoring managers and ensuring timely results.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac+5) or higher in educational sciences or related field.
• Proven experience leading e-learning/digital learning projects with content production.
• Senior manager: structure work, prioritization, and deadlines; managing managers.
• Deep knowledge of e-learning instructional design methods (scriptwriting/storyboarding, multimedia).
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methods for digital educational content production.
• Strong command of product methodologies and project management (traditional and agile).
• Understanding of issues in educational technology and the science of education.
• Strong digital literacy.
• Excellent writing skills, diplomacy, and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Very strong professional English (C2 preferred, minimum C1).

• Ensure Pix's pedagogical identity, strengthen it, and manage its evolution in line with learners' needs.
• Manage activities and set priorities while taking pedagogical considerations into account.
• Oversee all activities related to pedagogical content.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) or higher, ideally with a background in educational sciences, instructional design, science communication, etc.
• Proven experience in leading e-learning/digital learning projects, with a strong delivery focus and experience managing content production.
• Senior manager: able to structure work, prioritize, and meet deadlines while creating a stimulating and supportive work environment; prior experience managing managers is required.
• Deep knowledge of e-learning instructional design methods (scriptwriting/storyboarding, multimedia).
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methods for digital educational content production.
• Strong command of product methodologies and project management (both traditional and agile).
• Thorough understanding of issues in educational technology and the science of education.
• Strong digital literacy.
• Excellent writing skills, diplomacy, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders (subject-matter experts, editorial teams, developers, designers, data experts, sponsors).
• Very strong professional English (spoken and written) — C2 preferred (minimum C1 required).
