Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in product development, manufacturing, formulation, or technical roles.
• 6+ years managerial experience in pharma/medical device.
• Proven leadership of technical teams and cross-functional programs.
• Experience in process development and technology transfer.

Responsibilities

• Shape the site’s long-term technical strategy and roadmap.
• Drive alignment between site priorities, product strategy, and asset governance.
• Lead PDS&T budget and investment priorities with site/global stakeholders.
• Lead late-stage development and commercialization of strategic projects.
• Define development strategies for transfer to manufacturing.
• Ensure regulatory, quality and safety requirements are met across activities.
• Lead optimization of manufacturing processes post-transfer and support market expansion.
