Back Market is seeking a Director of Cybersecurity & IT to define and lead the next phase of security and technology operations maturity. You will report to the VP of Platform Engineering and steer strategy, investment priorities, and a high‑impact leadership organization across security, risk, and IT functions.

You will partner with executive leadership to align security with growth plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive resilient product development across Back Market’s global platform.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership across cybersecurity, IT, risk, and compliance.
• Ability to translate business needs into a practical security & IT roadmap.
• Strong communication with executives, regulators, and cross‑functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Define multi‑year cybersecurity and IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead a senior leadership team across Security Operations, GRC, IT Ops, and product security.
• Build governance forums and decision mechanisms for clear accountability.
• Partner with Finance and technology leadership on budgets and investment.
