Job description

As Director of B2B Marketing Consulting at L’Agence Mantu, you will lead strategic advisory and project management for a portfolio of major corporate clients. You will drive the definition and deployment of innovative marketing strategies, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure the delivery of high-impact solutions.

Your missions
  • Advise, manage, and develop a portfolio of major B2B accounts, building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders (CMO, marketing directors, sales ops, product leads)
  • Define and maintain the marketing vision for each account : objectives, roadmap, priorities, KPIs
  • Lead strategic consulting assignments : segmentation, messaging, channel mix, budget allocation, and governance
  • Oversee the coordination of internal and external expertise : brand / copy, content, SEO / SEA, social, marketing automation / CRM, ABM, media, data / analytics, event
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables across all channels
  • Manage external partners and ensure alignment with agency standards
  • Transform strategies into operational programs and campaigns (inbound / demand gen, ABM, nurturing, brand / content, events)
  • Build and oversee customer journeys and scenarios (TOFU–MOFU–BOFU)
  • Supervise the implementation of editorial calendars, paid campaigns, email / nurture, events, landing pages, and gated resources
  • Define and monitor marketing-sales SLAs with commercial teams
  • Model and analyze KPIs and dashboards; drive continuous optimization through test & learn initiatives
  • Lead RFP responses and contribute to agency visibility through thought leadership and case studies
  • Identify and propose up- / cross-sell opportunities and quarterly roadmaps to clients
  • Foster innovation in marketing practices, including AI integration and responsible communication
  • Support the training and development of consultants and project managers
Your profile
  • Academic background in marketing, business, or communication
  • Significant experience in B2B marketing consulting, account management, and strategic advisory
  • Fluent in English (required)
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM / MA tools, analytics / data platforms, SEO / SEA & social tools, and project management systems
  • Experience with GDPR compliance and AI integration in marketing
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and client relationship skills
  • Analytical, strategic, and innovative mindset
