Job description
As part of L’Agence Mantu, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering strategic communication and editorial consulting to major corporate clients. This role sits within our consulting and creative department, supporting the development and deployment of impactful communication strategies for leading organizations.
Your missions
- Advise, manage, and develop a portfolio of major accounts (InBiz), building strong relationships with project teams and senior stakeholders (DirCom, HR Directors, CMOs) at CAC40, SBF120, and large mid-cap companies
- Collaborate with clients to understand and help define their 18-month communication roadmap, positioning the agency as a trusted partner for relevant expertise
- Lead strategic consulting assignments: editorial strategy, positioning, messaging architecture, brand narrative, editorial identity, distribution channels, and content formats
- Work closely with designers during project conception: benchmarking, co-facilitating creative workshops, information architecture, format proposals, and defining editorial tone and guidelines
- Oversee the operational deployment of defined strategies, ensuring content quality in partnership with a project manager responsible for daily follow-up
- Coordinate project deployment: initial brief and coordination of all stakeholders within and across agency teams
- Maintain regular client contact to anticipate needs and quickly address any dissatisfactionManage financial oversight and reporting using established processes and rituals
- Drive portfolio development and new business: lead responses and contribute to strategic / editorial concepts for new RFPs to expand your portfolio
- Actively participate in agency marketing activities: workshops, lunches, networking events
- Contribute to the evolution of our expertise: editorial innovation, AI integration, responsible communication, engagement strategies
- Advocate for the agency’s and department’s expertise
- Foster intellectual curiosity within the team: sharing best practices, case studies, and market trends
- Support the training of consultants and project managers: internal training, trend reviews, and organizing expert meetings
Your profile
- Academic background in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field
- Proven experience in editorial consulting, strategic communication, or similar roles, with strong achievements in managing major corporate accounts
- Fluent in English (required)
- Proficient in communication and project management tools; familiarity with editorial benchmarking and creative workshop facilitation
- Experience with AI / OpenAI integration in communication projects is a plus
- Strong editorial sensitivity, up-to-date with the latest editorial innovations and information consumption trends
- Excellent understanding of corporate communication, employer branding, and B2B marketing challenges
- Intellectual curiosity, intrapreneurial spirit, and a drive to challenge the status quo
- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach
