Un groupe immobilier international recherche un Directeur des opérations pour son nouveau concept de résidence étudiante à Paris. Vous serez responsable de l'ouverture et de l'exploitation de la première unité de plus de 600 lits, prévue pour janvier 2027. Le rôle inclut la gestion des opérations, la performance financière et la satisfaction client.

Qualifications

• Expert en hôtellerie avec une expérience en gestion d'opérations.
• Capacité à gérer un projet d'ouverture majeure.
• Compétences en leasing et gestion des ressources humaines.

Our client is a major American real estate group with a global presence.

It is developing its student residence concept, already present in other European countries, for the first time in France.

We are looking for its future Director of Operations.

You will be the hospitality expert in France and must be able to master all areas related to the pre-opening, opening, and operation of the first unit with more than 600 beds, located on the eastern outskirts of Paris, which is scheduled to open in January 2027.

The opening of the second unit is already scheduled for February 2028.
