Une entreprise leader en location réfrigérée recherche un Directeur de Site à Lille pour développer et gérer un portefeuille clients tout en supervisant une équipe. Le candidat idéal a un diplôme en vente ou management, au moins 5 ans d'expérience, et un fort esprit d'équipe. Un véhicule de fonction est proposé en plus d'un environnement dynamique et stimulant.

Qualifications

Position: Site Director (H/F) in CDI status for our Fretin agency

Main responsibilities:
  • Develop and retain your own client portfolio within your assigned geographic area.
  • Establish Petit Forestier's presence with new clients.
  • Manage daily client interactions (appointments, on-site visits, etc.).
  • Stay informed about current environmental changes to advise clients and propose suitable solutions (electric vehicles, gas-powered, etc.).
  • Anticipate and optimize technical, organizational, and human resources for smooth operations.
  • Manage and oversee the agency's profitability.
  • Lead and support a multidisciplinary team (secretarial, technical, sales, and operations).
  • Provide regular reports and meet deadlines.
Candidate profile:
  • Higher education in sales, management, or business administration with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a service company.
  • Confirmed managerial and commercial experience.
  • Strong customer service orientation and results-driven mindset.
  • Enjoy prospecting and value client follow-up.
  • Team player with the ability to learn about our products and processes.
  • Proficient in office tools (Word, Excel) and communication tools (Internet, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize, anticipate, organize, and manage unforeseen events.
  • Clear and effective communicator.
  • Strong commitment to team success and customer satisfaction.
  • Valid B driving license is mandatory.
