Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading a sizable business unit with full P&L accountability.
  • Strong track record managing large operational, project delivery, and commercial teams.

  • Background in construction, industrial services, engineering, infrastructure, elevators, or a comparable project-based environment is preferred.

Responsabilités

  • Assume complete responsibility for business performance, including revenue, margin, productivity, cash flow, and EBIT delivery.
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sustainable growth and profitability targets.
  • Drive operational and commercial actions to expand market share and improve financial performance.
  • Monitor business performance through rigorous KPI management and performance reviews.
  • Define and deploy the regional strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead business transformation initiatives focused on growth, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and digitalization.
  • Identify market opportunities and strengthen the competitive position of the business.
  • Ensure successful delivery of all New Equipment projects from sales handover through installation and customer acceptance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project execution, productivity, quality, and customer experience.
  • Establish a culture of accountability and performance throughout the organization.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a workforce of approximately 100 employees.
  • Directly manage 15 leaders, including 4 Department Managers covering Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Support Functions.
  • Build leadership capability and develop succession plans for key positions.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on engagement and results.
  • Develop trusted relationships with key customers, developers, consultants, and industry partners.
  • Represent the business with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term customer retention.
  • Champion Environmental, Health & Safety as the organization's top priority.
  • Promote a strong safety culture through visible leadership and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulations, and industry standards.

The Opportunity

Following the planned departure of our current Operations Leader at the end of September, we are seeking a high-performing and entrepreneurial Regional Director, New Equipment Operations to lead one of the most significant businesses within our French organization. With full accountability for a €50M+ P&L, a workforce of approximately 100 employees, and a leadership team composed of 15 direct reports, this executive position will drive growth, profitability, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and talent development across the South East France region. The successful candidate will lead a team of experienced managers, including 4 Department Managers, while shaping and executing the region's strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities
Full P&L Leadership
  • Assume complete responsibility for business performance, including revenue, margin, productivity, cash flow, and EBIT delivery.
