Otis, the world’s leading elevator and escalator manufacturer, seeks a Regional Director, New Equipment Operations to lead the South East France region with full P&L responsibility (~€50M) and about 100 staff. You will drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction while shaping the regional strategy.

Reporting to the executive team, you will manage 15 leaders (4 Department Managers) across Operations, Sales, Engineering & Support, champion safety, and deliver operational excellence

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Own full P&L for the €50M+ regional business.
• Develop and execute regional growth and profitability plans.
