Role Overview
The Digital Workspace Engineer ensures a secure, modern, and efficient user environment by managing identity, endpoints, virtualization, and collaboration tools using Microsoft technologies and cybersecurity solutions.
He will actively contribute to the deployment and support of Microsoft solutions, from design through to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identity & Access Management: AD, Azure AD, MFA, Conditional Access, GPO, Intune Policies, Autopatch
- Messaging & Collaboration: Manage Exchange (On-Premises and Online), secure email with Proofpoint and Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
- Endpoint Management & Mobility: Use SCCM, Deploy and manage devices via Intune, MDM/MAM, Application packaging, Trend Micro, and Azure Update Manager.
- Virtualization & User Profiles: Implement AVD and manage user profiles with FSLogix.
- Security & Compliance: Apply security best practices and ensure compliance, knowledge of Intune compliance policies.
- Produce technical documentation to ensure effective adoption of the implemented solutions.
- Understand business needs, analyze them, and propose tailored solutions.
- Participate in projects scoping and produce technical documentation to ensure effective adoption of the implemented solutions

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem (AD, Azure AD, SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, Autopatch, AVD, FSLogix )
- Experience with Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc).
- Knowledge of endpoint security, Trend Micro, Proofpoint, and update management.
- Experience with endpoint management (MDM/MAM), security, packaging (MSI and PowerShell), and policy management (GPO, Intune).
- Familiarity with cloud security concepts and Zero Trust architecture.
- Create Dashboards and scripting expertise such as Powershell
