A leading technology firm in Paris seeks an experienced BIM integration manager. The role involves overseeing Digital twin projects, managing customer relations, and ensuring quality delivery. Ideal candidates will have 5 years of BIM consultancy experience, proficiency in French and English, and knowledge in PropTech. Responsibilities include customer contact management and integrating BIM solutions. This position provides an opportunity to influence innovative projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience as a BIM consultant.
• Proficient in French and English (interview conducted in both).
• Experience as a customer relationship manager with third-party clients.
• PropTech and/or general construction experience required.

Responsabilités

• Act as the main customer point of contact for BIM-related topics.
• Manage the deployment of Digital twin solution from initiation to launch.
• Estimate and track efforts needed by the team.
• Responsible for quality of BIM and digital twin delivery.
• Create and monitor actions plan.
• Manage project risks.
• Support automation workflow for model verification.
• Integrate and configure platform related to digital twin.

Job summary :

We are looking for a candidate owning the BIM integration to our digital platform. You will be responsible to manage your own projects (Planning, quality, cost) in cooperation with Chinese and Vietnamese team. The ideal candidate would have an experience in PropTech and / or architecture.

Your main responsibilities include customer relations, Digital twin projects cooperation, BIM integration and quality ownership.

Responsibilities :

• Being the main customer point of contact for BIM related topic.
• Manage the deployment of Digital twin solution from initiation to launch.
• Estimate, and tracks the efforts needed by the team
• Responsible for the quality of the BIM and digital twin delivery.
• Create and monitor the actions plan.
• Manage the risks associated to the project.
• Support the development of automation workflow for model verification.
• Integrate and configure Akila platform related to digital twin (BIM, Equipment and Location definition)

Skills :

• 5 years experiences as BIM consultant.
• Proficient in French and English (interview will be conducted in both languages).
• Need experience as a customer relationship manager. (With third party clients)
• Requires PropTEch and / or general construction experience
