Abbott Diabetes Care France is seeking a Business Applications & Digital Solutions Manager to drive the digital transformation of commercial and operational processes. You will support CRM, SAP, Power BI, and automation tools, partnering with global IT and vendors to deliver data-driven insights and improved governance across France.

The role includes designing dashboards, maintaining data quality, and enabling user adoption through training and change management, with a focus on

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
3–7 years of experience in business applications, business analysis, digital transformation, business intelligence, or process improvement.
Experience with CRM platforms, ERP systems (SAP preferred), reporting tools (Power BI preferred), and workflow automation solutions.

Responsabilités

Support the deployment, enhancement, and maintenance of business applications including CRM, SAP, Power BI, reporting tools, and workflow automation solutions.
Gather and document business requirements from commercial, marketing, customer service, and support functions.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and coordinate implementation with Global IT and external vendors.
Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and usability.
Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements.
Develop dashboards and reports to support business decisions.
