Job summary

Airbus seeks a DCS - Digital Product Manager for Airbus Training Centers to join the IM department in Toulouse, France. You will lead cloud-based digital solutions for the Worldwide Training Center Organization, driving the product vision across ideation, design, build, and operations.

The role requires 10+ years in digital product ownership or IT project management, strong Cloud/SaaS expertise (AWS/Skywise), and bilingual English/French capability to coordinate with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in digital activities, IT project management, or software product ownership.
• Proven technical expertise in software delivery within Cloud environments (AWS, SaaS) and data-driven platforms (Skywise).
• Strong background in vendor and subcontractor management within complex, large-scale IT programs.
• Negotiation level in English and advanced level in French.

Responsibilities

• Build and drive the integrated product vision and roadmap aligned with the Airline Services strategy, Enterprise Architecture, and IM objectives.
• Steer the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, design, and software build to run operations and ultimate decommissioning.
• Deliver innovative Cloud, SaaS, and Skywise digital solutions using both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Secure resource allocation, budget forecasting, and continuous business case alignment to maximize delivered business value.
• Manage strategic external suppliers and coordinate multi-functional teams (architects, developers, and airline business stakeholders).

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a DCS - Digital Product Manager for Airbus Training Centers (d/f/m) to join our Information Management (IM) Department based in Toulouse, France.

You will join the DC organization, supporting Airbus Programmes, Customer Engagement & Services in a dynamic team of 15 people.

Your main challenge is to drive digital solutions and Cloud-based applications for the Worldwide Training Center Organization, directly enabling high-quality pilot and technician training and supporting the strategic S 2030 digital transformation vision for airline customers.
