About the Role
Banijay is looking for a Digital Insight & Creative Intelligence Intern to join its Global Digital Content team. You’ll work directly with the Global Digital Content Lead, supporting strategic projects and daily operations across Banijay’s international network.
This internship is ideal for someone who loves exploring digital culture, creators, and platform storytelling — someone curious, analytical, and creative, who spots trends before they break and understands how audiences engage with content across platforms.
You’ll be at the heart of Banijay’s efforts to decode the next generation of formats, creators, and digital innovations, turning insights into inspiration for global teams.
Core Responsibilities
Trend & Format Monitoring
- Lead daily monitoring of emerging digital trends, content formats, and creative innovations on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch.
- Identify new storytelling styles, editing techniques, and viral mechanics that can inspire Banijay’s digital strategies.
- Compile trend decks, insights reports, and inspiration boards to fuel creative discussions and ideation.
Business & Tech Intelligence
- Stay ahead of new tools, platforms, and technologies shaping the creator economy and digital storytelling.
- Benchmark how other global entertainment players evolve in the creator‑driven landscape.
- Use digital listening and social intelligence tools (e.g., for tracking conversations, audience behaviors, and emerging topics) to identify key opportunities and insights.
Internal Digital Communication
- Help design and write internal newsletters summarizing key digital insights and updates for Banijay’s global teams.
- Support the coordination of internal masterclasses, webinars, and innovation events, including logistics and creative recaps.
Operational Support
- Assist the Global Digital Content Lead in coordinating cross‑market initiatives such as The Banijay Creators Lab.
Your Profile
- Currently pursuing a Master’s or final‑year Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Deep passion for social media, creators, and digital storytelling.
- Naturally curious, analytical, and creative — you love spotting emerging trends, creators, and content shifts.
- Ideally, you’ve already managed or contributed to a YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram channel, or worked on digital content or research projects.
- Comfortable using trend monitoring, social listening, or analytics tools to track insights and audience conversations.
- Strong writing, research, and visual communication skills.
- Fluent in English and French.
