British American Tobacco France has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Intern in Paris, France

We are seeking a driven and motivated Digital Data Analyst Intern to optimize the conversion rate of the various website of the group based on the performance analysis of the different touchpoints, promotions and provide digital business recommendations. The ideal candidate will be in charge of e-commerce reporting, analyse, and predicting the digital performance and be the owner of monitoring tools, data collect/ analysis, and e-commerce forecast.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and optimize forecasting models for key business KPIs (Sales, Traffic) and support related performance analysis.
• Design, build, maintain, and automate Power BI dashboards and recurring reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Implement automated routines to streamline data collection, reporting, and dashboard updates to improve efficiency.
• Support digital consumer-journey analysis and contribute insights for monthly business reviews with leadership.
• Conduct online performance analysis and deliver clear presentations, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

• Proven understanding of digital channel strategies, KPIs, tools, and attribution models, combined with a strong data-driven mindset.
• Strong technical skills: Power BI (dashboards, basic DAX), Excel (Power Query), Python (scripting for analysis/automation), and SQL/R as a plus.
• Positive, proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and task-management abilities.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for digital and brand teams, supporting business decision-making.
• Advanced English level (French is a plus) and currently pursuing Bac+4/Bac+5 in Business School or Engineering School.
