About the role

Initio Parfums Privés is seeking a Global Digital Brand Content Manager, an expert in digital content, to orchestrate and produce all editorial and visual materials for the brand’s global digital ecosystem.

This position is fully dedicated to digital content creation.

Reporting to the E-Commerce & Digital Director, you will be responsible for ensuring editorial, visual, and conceptual consistency across all digital touchpoints (Social Media, CRM, E-commerce, Paid Media, etc.).

1- Key Responsibilities:
360° Digital Content Management

Design, adapt, and produce engaging content for all digital platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook, e-commerce website (Shopify), and CRM (Klaviyo).

Translate marketing messages into high-performing visual and editorial assets while respecting INITIO’s artistic direction and tone of voice.

Contribute creative ideas and digital storytelling concepts (photo, video, motion, 3D, etc.).

Oversee production, collaborate with internal and external creative teams, and ensure deadlines are met.

Editorial and Visual Consistency

Ensure consistency of INITIO’s message and identity across all digital channels.

Define and maintain a strategic editorial calendar aligned with e-commerce and marketing objectives.

Adapt content according to each platform’s specificities, audience, and stage of the customer journey.

Performance Management and Optimization

Analyze content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM, social listening tools, etc.).

Recommend data-driven optimizations based on key KPIs (engagement, click-through rate, conversion, etc.).

Implement SEO and social media best practices to maximize visibility.

Digital Copywriting

Write relevant and impactful content for e-commerce, CRM campaigns, and social media (posts, captions, newsletters, etc.).

Craft compelling headlines and taglines for Paid Media activations (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).

Adapt tone and style according to target audiences while maintaining the brand’s voice.

2- Role - Specific Skills:
  • You have a strategic vision of digital content and a comprehensive understanding of the digital ecosystem (CRM, E-commerce, Paid & Organic Social).
  • You are well-versed in the trends and specificities of major platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • You have a strong talent for digital copywriting (FR/EN) and a keen sense of brand storytelling.
  • You are proficient in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) and familiar with AI tools (Midjourney, etc.).
  • You possess strong analytical skills, are performance-driven, and comfortable using analytics and content management tools.
  • You have a genuine passion for the world of luxury and fragrance, and thrive in an international, demanding, and creative environment.
3- Desired Background and Experience:
  • You hold a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Digital, with proven experience in content creation.
  • You have at least 4–5 years of experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of digital and marketing, and solid skills in content writing. Fluency in English is required for this position.
