A luxury fragrance brand located in Paris is looking for a Global Digital Brand Content Manager. A Master's degree in Marketing or Communication is preferred.
Initio Parfums Privés is seeking a Global Digital Brand Content Manager, an expert in digital content, to orchestrate and produce all editorial and visual materials for the brand’s global digital ecosystem.
This position is fully dedicated to digital content creation.
Reporting to the E-Commerce & Digital Director, you will be responsible for ensuring editorial, visual, and conceptual consistency across all digital touchpoints (Social Media, CRM, E-commerce, Paid Media, etc.).
Design, adapt, and produce engaging content for all digital platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook, e-commerce website (Shopify), and CRM (Klaviyo).
Translate marketing messages into high-performing visual and editorial assets while respecting INITIO’s artistic direction and tone of voice.
Contribute creative ideas and digital storytelling concepts (photo, video, motion, 3D, etc.).
Oversee production, collaborate with internal and external creative teams, and ensure deadlines are met.
Ensure consistency of INITIO’s message and identity across all digital channels.
Define and maintain a strategic editorial calendar aligned with e-commerce and marketing objectives.
Adapt content according to each platform’s specificities, audience, and stage of the customer journey.
Analyze content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM, social listening tools, etc.).
Recommend data-driven optimizations based on key KPIs (engagement, click-through rate, conversion, etc.).
Implement SEO and social media best practices to maximize visibility.
Write relevant and impactful content for e-commerce, CRM campaigns, and social media (posts, captions, newsletters, etc.).
Craft compelling headlines and taglines for Paid Media activations (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
Adapt tone and style according to target audiences while maintaining the brand’s voice.
