Jobtailor in Issy-les-Moulineaux is seeking a Digital Analytics Analyst to monitor the website and app performance and to produce recurring analyses and dashboards for product categories.

You will conduct ad hoc studies on user behavior and customer journeys, identify opportunities to improve UX and conversion, contribute to digital tracking projects, document measurement requirements, and develop reporting tools in Looker Studio and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bac+4/5 level or equivalent required.
• Strong analytical skills and structured thinking.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with GA4, Adobe Analytics or Contentsquare.
• Clear communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with a proactive mindset.

Responsabilités

• Monitor the digital performance of the website and app.
• Produce recurring analyses and dashboards for product categories.
• Conduct ad hoc studies on user behavior and customer journeys.
• Identify opportunities to improve the user experience and conversion.
• Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing digital tracking.
• Document measurement requirements and support their implementation.
• Participate in testing and validation phases.
• Develop and enhance reporting and performance management tools in Looker Studio and Power BI.
• Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, and track their resolution with technical teams.
