You will define deployment principles for Kubernetes/OpenShift, develop Helm charts, and drive GitOps practices with Argo CD, while ensuring security and IaC standards.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years’ experience in containerized platforms, CI/CD, automation and infrastructure as code.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Excellent knowledge of Docker and/or Podman.
• Strong experience with GitLab and GitLab CI/CD.
• Hands‑on experience with Helm and Kubernetes deployment templates.
• Experience with Argo CD / GitOps.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation.
• Knowledge of container security and secure software delivery practices.
• Experience with container registries such as Amazon ECR and/or GitLab Registry.
• Knowledge of VMware ESXi environments.
• Experience with Keycloak or similar identity and access management platforms.
• Fluent in French and English.

Prepare automation, deployment processes and platform foundations for industrial information system work packages.

Define and implement Kubernetes and OpenShift deployment principles and standards.

Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.

Develop and maintain Helm charts and deployment templates.

Implement GitOps-based deployment practices using Argo CD.

Define versioning, release management and rollback procedures.

Support containerized application deployment using Docker and Podman.

Implement Infrastructure as Code and automation practices.

Support security-by-design, container security and secure platform configuration.

Required Skills & Experience

6–9 years’ experience in containerized platforms, CI/CD, automation and infrastructure as code.

Strong hands‑on experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift.
