ALTIA in Paris is seeking a DevOps & Sysops Expert to supervise core infrastructure across centralized data centers, stores, and headquarters, with multi-cloud platforms including GCP, Azure, OCI, Azure Arc and Azure Migrate.

The role emphasizes industrialization, automation, CI/CD pipeline integration, Level 3/4 incident resolution, and ensuring high availability, scalability, and security for production systems, while offering a flexible, modern tech environment and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills.
• Experience with infrastructure automation & IaC tools.
• Hands-on CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Knowledge of Cloud & Hybrid environments: GCP, Azure, Azure Arc, Azure Migrate.
• Administration in Windows and Linux.
• Experience with virtualization: Proxmox, VMware vSphere, ESXi.
• Experience with HPE ProLiant hardware and REST APIs.
• Level 3/4 incident resolution and on-call rotations.
• Collaborative mindset and continuous improvement.
• French language proficiency.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a DevOps & Sysops Expert to join our Chapter VW (CSI / IOPS) team.

You will be responsible for supervising the performance of our core infrastructure across centralized data centers, decentralized environments (stores, warehouses, headquarters), and multi-cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, OCI, Azure Arc, Azure Migrate).

In this role, you will focus on industrialization, automation, CI/CD pipeline integration, level 3/4 support, and ensuring high availability, scalability, and security for production systems.

Minimum Requirements

MUST have for this challenge

• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills.
• Proven experience with infrastructure automation & IaC tools (Ansible, AWX, Terraform).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins).
• Deep knowledge of Cloud & Hybrid environments: GCP, Azure, Azure Arc, Azure Migrate.
• Solid administration background in Windows and Linux Operating Systems.
• Hands-on experience with Virtualization technologies: Proxmox, VMware vSphere, ESXi.
• Experience with HPE ProLiant hardware infrastructure and REST APIs.
• Demonstrated capability in Level 3/Level 4 incident resolution, troubleshooting, and 24/7 on-call rotations.
• Strong collaborative mindset, analytical problem-solving skills, and continuous improvement philosophy.
• Fluent communication skills in French (written and spoken).
