Description du poste

We seek a passionate industrial design intern to connect real consumer needs with quality product design. Under team guidance, you will support product positioning and differentiation via design—helping meet user expectations and boost customer acquisition / engagement. You will assist in drafting design ideas (balancing vision, craft, speed and business potential) for consumer electronics (smartphones, watches, laptops, tablets, connected devices / accessories), and participate in the design process from ideation to manufacturing support. As part of a collaborative team, you will gain exposure to product development from concept to market.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Assist in 3D modeling and visual representation; learn to use modeling / rendering tools to express basic creative concepts.
• 2. Support design concept communication by helping with sketches, 3D model adjustments, rendering refinements and prototype prep.
• 3. Aid in creating basic CGI renderings; support simple animations if you have Motion Design skills (a plus).
• 4. Learn to identify design trends, share basic insights in team discussions and build design sensibility.
• 5. Support daily tasks : collecting research materials, drafting simple sketches, organizing rendering files, preparing presentation drafts and basic graphic design.
• 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, production) to understand design feasibility and manufacturability.
• 7. Assist in prepping design review materials and supporting surface model presentations (e.g., note-taking, content organization).

Candidate Profiles

• Currently enrolled in an Industrial Design or related degree program.
• No work experience required; strong academic performance or a solid design portfolio (showcasing learning projects) is a plus.

Personal Skills

• Basic visualization, sketching and modeling skills; eagerness to learn.
• Familiarity with basics of 3D tools (SolidWorks, Rhino, Blender, KeyShot or similar); willingness to master them.
• Interest in CGI / Motion Design is a plus; proactive learning attitude is valued.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing techniques (or willingness to learn) is preferred.
• Good communication skills; ability to clearly express simple design ideas.
• Fluent in English (for reading design docs and team communication).
