Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Conceptual & Craft Excellence: Deliver strong conceptual thinking and demonstrate exceptional craft in all design outputs, ensuring high‑quality visual execution.
  • Collaborative Partnership: Work effectively with internal teams and clients to understand project requirements and meet goals and deadlines.
  • Multi‑Channel Design: Contribute to projects across digital, print, and experiential channels, ensuring a cohesive brand presence.
  • Brand Continuity: Maintain design continuity and coherence across all deliverables, aligning work with the overarching brand strategy and guidelines.
  • Best Practices & Deadlines: Apply industry best practices in design and workflow, consistently meeting deadlines and managing time across tasks.
  • Teamwork & Critiques: Engage in design critiques, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate within a dynamic team to elevate collective work.
  • AI for Efficiency: Use AI tools and resources to enhance creativity, streamline processes, and increase overall efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Agency Experience: Demonstrable experience working within a design or branding agency.
  • Creative & Conceptual Abilities: Strong portfolio showcasing creative ideas translated into compelling visual designs.
  • Trend Awareness: Solid knowledge of current design trends, culture, and market dynamics.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Miro, and willingness to integrate AI tools.
  • Visual Ideation: Ability to sketch and visually represent ideas quickly for clear communication.
  • Motion & Digital Skills: Foundational skills in motion graphics and digital design for engaging content.
  • Passion for Design: Genuine passion, commitment to excellence, and eagerness to grow.
  • Communication: English speaking required.
Work Environment
