Core Laboratories in France is seeking a Design Engineer to use CAD tools to conceptualize, design and develop laboratory instruments and components. You will work both independently and with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer requirements.

The role requires solid engineering principles, design methods and manufacturing processes with a commitment to integrity and safety.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CAD design experience, preferably in laboratory instruments or related fields.
• Proficient in SolidWorks (minimum 2 years).
• Experience with AutoCAD and Inventor is a plus.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pressure vessels, and automated control systems is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Develop detailed CAD designs for laboratory instruments and components.
• Prepare testing procedures and reports, including hands-on testing where required.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing, quality and safety teams to resolve design challenges.
• Investigate product non-conformances and engineering change requests; implement modifications.
