A leading engineering solutions firm located in Bordeaux is seeking an experienced engineer with deep knowledge in Aircraft structures. The successful candidate will analyze non-conformities and provide rework solutions while supporting the shop floor operations. Professional proficiency in French and English is mandatory. Experience with Airbus processes is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant engineering domain.
• Excellent understanding of Airbus NC Assessment & concession.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and in shifts.

Responsabilités

• Analyze non-conformities and propose necessary rework solutions.
• Process NC’s & Concessions for various ATA chapters.
• Provide on-site shop floor support and solutions.

Desired Requirements

• Candidate should have very good understanding of Aircraft structure (SA)
• Should have very good understanding of Aircraft production methods and processes.
• Should have very good understanding of Airbus methods and processes.
• Analysis of the non-conformities and propose rework solution (NC assessments) on spot and able to give required info to quality to reduce RTO
• Processing of NC’s & Concessions (T100-ANDD / T200-DCDD Tasks) for Fuselage (ATA53), Wing (ATA57), HTP (ATA55), VTP etc... in accordance with engineering solution already given in NC.
• Working experience with MSI, ESI, Door, Power plant & Nacelle / Pylon ATA chapters (Ex : ATA 21, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 34, 35, 36, 38, 47, 49, 51, 52, 54, 56, 71, 78 & 92) is an added advantage.
• Ability to provide rework solutions at station (Shop floor support)
• Excellent working knowledge and experience of Airbus tools.
• Previous AIRBUS NC Assessment & concession experience is mandatory (Preferably for SA & LR programs).
• Able to work to tight, demanding deadlines and customer demands.
• Flexible to work in shifts (2 shifts) including Saturday
• Bi-lingual (French and English).
• French Language mandatory (Professional level)
