Short description: The Demand Generation Manager, EMEA South drives pipeline creation and acceleration across France, Italy, and selected adjacent markets, representing an ~$80M business. In close alignment with Sales, this role is responsible for achieving measurable growth through account-based experience (ABX) programs and integrated demand generation campaigns.

As part of Hexagon’s global demand engine, this hands-on marketing professional activates global campaigns while adapting them to local market dynamics. Working closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing Operations, and the Global Demand Generation team, this person transforms strategic plans into measurable business outcomes.

We’re looking for a commercially minded professional who combines a sales-first mindset with strong marketing creativity – someone who enjoys developing proactive, results-oriented campaign concepts such as webinars, trade shows, and account-based initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Own pipeline creation and acceleration targets for EMEA South in close partnership with Sales leadership. Primarily France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Turkey – through direct employees and agencies.
  • Design and execute ABX programs aligned to target account lists and active opportunities.
  • Activate global, persona- and use case–based campaigns at the regional level, adapting for local language, nuance, and buyer journey.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to localize content, messaging, and value propositions for key industries and personas.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to measure performance, ROI, and conversion velocity.
  • Coordinate with the Global Demand Generation team to ensure alignment on priorities, execution rhythm, and analytics.
  • Lead cross-functional activation across digital, paid, events, and content channels.
  • Manage a small regional team or agency network to scale execution across markets; scope may expand based on candidate experience and business needs.

Qualifications
  • 8–12 years in B2B demand generation or field marketing, ideally within SaaS, industrial technology, or manufacturing software.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes in partnership with Sales.
  • Expertise in ABX and target account program design and execution.
  • Experience activating multi-channel campaigns across digital, paid, content, and field marketing.
  • Collaborative leader comfortable operating within a matrixed, multi-country environment.
  • Fluent in English and either French, Italian or Spanish.
