Ayvens, based in Paris, is seeking a Delivery Manager for the SunSystems Finance ERP platform. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality project deliverables and coordinating offshore teams while acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in Delivery Management with a proven track record in ERP Finance projects. Master’s Degree in Finance or IT is preferred, alongside strong leadership in multi-stakeholder environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management or related role.
• Proven track record delivering ERP Finance projects.
• Strong experience in managing offshore development teams.

Delivery Manager – Finance System

Job Summary

As the Delivery Manager for the SunSystems Finance ERP platform, you will be part of the Engineering team. You will maintain high quality of project deliverables for the main Finance ERP system used across the organization, coordinate an offshore development team in India, and act as the primary escalation and facilitation point between all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Validate and challenge functional requirements, ensuring completeness, clarity, and technical feasibility.
• Translate business needs into precise functional specifications for the offshore engineering team.
• Identify gaps, ambiguities, or risks early to avoid downstream rework.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery quality from functional specification to production release.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, IT Project Management or a closely related role.
• Proven track record delivering ERP Finance projects in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Strong experience managing or coordinating offshore development teams, ideally in India.
• Fluent in English.
• Relevant experience in an equivalent role; Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, IT engineering, or management preferred.
