HGH Infrared Systems in France is seeking a Business Developer to drive growth in Defence systems and counter-drone solutions across Europe. Based in Northern/Eastern Europe, you will identify new clients, build lasting relationships, and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders while representing the company at industry events.

Ideal candidates have proven sales experience in the Defence sector, familiarity with public procurement and tenders, and knowledge of c-UAS or Air Defence.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in the Defence sector or Homeland Security.
• Knowledge of public procurement and tender processes is a plus.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.
• Military background is advantageous for domain familiarity.
• Familiarity with counter-drone solutions (c-UAS) or Air Defence is valuable.

Responsabilités

• Drive growth by identifying and acquiring new clients in Defence/c-UAS markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Develop strategic partnerships with institutional clients and systems integrators.
• Represent the company at major trade shows and industry conferences.
• Gather customer insights and share them with the Product Management team.
• Deliver on-site demonstrations with support from headquarters.
