Job summary

CMA CGM invites a motivated student for a Pulse internship in energy and decarbonization in Marseille. You will support deal flow, perform pre‑analysis, and assist cross‑functional studies, helping shape a coherent global investment strategy.

You must have Bac+5 in an energy/engineering or related field and pursue a Master's in energy, engineering or economics/finance; fluency in English and French; and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bac+5 in HSE engineering, risk prevention or equivalent field.
• Master's degree in energy, engineering or economics/finance preferred.
• Fluent in English and French with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate stakeholders and drive projects.

Responsibilities

• Managing deal flow of opportunities: collection, pre-analysis and filtering; develop network of partners.
• Supporting investment analysis: organizing conference calls, reviewing plans and memos, due diligence, drafting notes.
• Conducting studies across CMA CGM subsidies to align with Group decarbonization strategy.
• Facilitating portfolio monitoring: capital calls, performance monitoring, and identifying value creation opportunities.
