Dealing Technology is responsible for the platforms used by trading tables for Natixis Investment Managers' affiliates as part of its financial services platform, both within the Natixis group and for external clients.
Intermediation is a market activity consisting in receiving orders from management companies and transmitting them to financial markets (brokers, organised markets, execution platforms) as quickly and efficiently as possible on any traded asset class.
This demanding activity requires responsiveness and efficiency from both systems and teams in order to process an order flow in near real time.
The IT Dealing information system is built around the OMS Charles River, coupled with the main market execution platforms (TSOX, Tradeweb, Triton, FXAll, RFQ Hub, LiquidNet, etc.) as well as internal applications for receiving orders (web portal, FIX engine). In an ever-changing environment, we are increasingly integrating innovative technologies to optimise our performance, safety and processes.
The field has about 12 employees divided into two teams: technical analysts (BA team) and technical experts/developers (Tech Team).
It is within the Technology team composed of 5 people that you will join the domain in order to manage and coordinate the activity directly with the manager of the field.
On a daily basis, your tasks include (but are not limited to):
Manage the activity of the Technology team
In collaboration with the other team leaders and the field manager, ensure the management of the team composed of MOE, technical experts, and integration project manager.
You ensure the follow-up of team tasks according to the methodologies in force within the field and more generally within NIMOS IT, the coordination with other teams within and outside the field (architecture, application production...) and the tracking of suppliers across the entire application scope.
You will be involved in the implementation of Agile governance, demonstrations, and various workshops. Participation in daily meetings to maintain constant contact with the professions for which the team operates.
Participate in the development of projects in the field
In collaboration with the other members of the team (MOE, MOA, Project Managers), you will participate in the development of new applications or the functional evolutions of applications already in production. You will also be required to work on certain decommissioning applications.
You will be a driving force for improvement and innovation opportunities in the field, notably by exploiting the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for flow optimisation or process automation.
You will take cybersecurity issues into account in technological decisions and developments, in collaboration with the dedicated teams.

You will contribute, with the rest of the team, to implement and continuously improve processes in order to maximise tool availability and user satisfaction.
You will collaborate with security teams for surveillance, incident response and continuous improvement of system protection measures in the field.
