A prominent insurance provider in France is seeking a professional to drive profitable partnerships with auto dealerships. This role involves providing training to Finance & Insurance departments, developing dealership agreements, and monitoring sales performance to maximize customer satisfaction. Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business and 3+ years in automotive dealership operations. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential. This position requires frequent travel across dealerships.

Qualifications

  • Experience in F&I product-related sales.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.

Job Purpose

Drive profitable partnerships with auto dealerships by leveraging Assurant’s sales process. Provide training and support to Finance & Insurance (F&I) departments, monitor performance, and implement strategies to maximize product penetration and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and secure agreements with auto dealerships through prospecting, referrals, and relationship building.
  • Apply Assurant’s sales process to identify needs, present solutions, and close deals.
  • Maintain and update prospect/client database; report progress to Director.
  • Service dealership accounts, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Train and develop dealership personnel to improve results.
  • Monitor and enhance sales of Assurant products (e.g., Vehicle Service Contracts).
  • Conduct sales meetings and presentations to promote Assurant products.
  • Recommend new products/services and support fixed operations.
  • Ensure dealerships achieve targeted penetration levels.
  • Support automotive fixed operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
