Citi in Paris is offering an Intern Analyst position in the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team starting January 2027. The role involves supporting senior bankers in live transactions, preparing pitch books, and compiling market updates for Financial Institutions and Corporate clients across France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

Ideal candidates are enrolled at a top university, fluent in French and English, with strong analytical and presentation skills, and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled in a tier-1 university or top French "Ecole de Commerce" or "Ecole d’Ingénieur" that can provide an internship agreement.
• You are fluent in French and English – Another European language (Italian, Spanish…) would be desirable
• You have excellent analytical, presentation, and numerical skills
• You are fully proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Bloomberg, Dealogic or FactSet knowledge would be a strong plus
• You thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
• With student status and related visa covering the whole internship period

Responsabilités

• Supporting senior team members in the origination& execution of live transactions that include benchmark bonds, loans as well as private placements for Financial Institutions and Corporate clients, with a focus on France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
• Preparation of pitch books during the preliminary stages of a transaction
• Collecting market information to support client coverage and decision making
• Preparation of term sheets and indicative pricing updates
• Condensing research from a vast variety of sources and prepare macro and credit market updates for our clients
