Citigroup Inc. in Paris offers an ECM Intern Analyst position starting January 2027 for six months. You will work with the EMEA ECM team on equity issuance transactions for mid- to large-cap clients and gain exposure to IPOs, private placements, and equity-linked issuances.

You will prepare pitchbooks, support live transactions, and interact with teams across the bank while monitoring markets and compiling updates for clients. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a tier-1 university or top French business/engineering school with internship agreement.
• Fluent in French and English; another European language is desirable.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and numerical skills.
• Fully proficient in Microsoft Office; Bloomberg/Dealogic/FactSet knowledge is a strong plus.
• Available to start January 2027 for a 6‑month internship.
• Visa/permit supported by the school for the internship period.

Responsabilités

• Contributing to the preparation of client presentation materials (pitchbooks).
• Supporting the team on the execution of live ECM transactions.
• Collaborating with investment banking, markets and other teams across the bank.
• Performing market monitoring reflecting latest macro trends.
• Running detailed analysis on stocks and indices.
• Benchmarking past ECM transactions.
• Condensing market and company information for macro and equity updates for clients.
