Job summary

Mirakl in Paris is seeking a Data Science Intern for January 2027 to join a ~70-person team building data-driven solutions on Mirakl’s platform. You will analyze data, prototype algorithms, and collaborate with Data Engineers to move ideas from experiments to production.

You’ll build dashboards, present findings weekly, and grow through mentoring from senior technical experts in a multicultural, international setting. This internship is based in Paris with limited remote work.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in the final year of a Master’s (Bac+5) in Computer Science at an engineering school or university
• Familiarity with data preparation techniques and feature engineering
• Understanding of statistics, machine learning, and deep learning algorithms
• Interest in the industrialization and scaling of data science models beyond experimental work

Responsibilities

• Analyze and prepare data to ensure quality and relevance for algorithm development, following best practices for exploration and transformation
• Prototype and iterate on algorithms, testing and refining ideas with the support of your mentor and team
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to bring your solutions from experimentation to real-world production deployment
• Build dashboards to showcase the relevance of your work and monitor performance in production
• Present your findings weekly with the team, contributing to brainstorming sessions and tech watch initiatives

Data Science Intern - January 2027

1. The Team You’ll Join

You’ll be part of our Data Science team, a group of around 70 data professionals working at the heart of Mirakl’s platform. Together, you’ll be making the most of rich and diverse marketplace data to grow customer revenue, optimize operations, and ensure the safety of users and transactions.

2. Your Impact

Experience:
