Mistral in Paris is seeking skilled Data Scientists to join our AI product team. You will analyze user behavior, optimize product performance, and design data-driven features across our AI product suite.

The role requires strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning, with the ability to communicate insights to product and engineering teams and influence the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling and machine learning.
• Experience delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to design data-driven features and influence product roadmap.

Responsabilités

• Define key metrics and analyze performance of AI products.
• Design and analyze experiments (A/B tests, causal inference) to guide decisions.
• Deliver end-to-end data science projects from data collection to deployment.
• Evaluate model performance in training and production and identify edge cases.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure data quality and accessibility.
• Mentor peers and share best practices in data science and analytics.
