Jobgether is seeking a Data Product Lead for a partner company based in France. You will shape the data team's direction, drive analytics, and deliver data-driven growth strategies in a fast-paced environment.

You'll combine hands-on analytics with product leadership, mentor the team, and align data initiatives with product priorities, reporting to stakeholders across the org. Remote within EMEA.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data product management, with leadership experience.
• Expert-level SQL: query, validate, and challenge data independently.
• Hands-on dashboards/reports with BI tools like Omni or Superset.
• Strong business and product sense to drive revenue, pricing, growth.
• Technical depth to discuss data warehouse design and pipelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across teams.
• Strong data storytelling for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Crypto/DeFi experience or understanding of cross-chain, DEX, wallets.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Data Product Lead based in France.

As Data Product Lead, you will shape the direction, priorities, and impact of a data team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Combining hands-on analytics with product leadership, you will turn complex data into actionable insights, business recommendations, and growth opportunities.
You will lead the team’s roadmap and delivery while working closely with product managers, engineers, and senior stakeholders.
Partnering with a Data Tech Lead, you will connect business needs with technical execution, ensuring the team focuses on the right problems.
This role offers the opportunity to influence company-wide decisions through analytics, reporting, and data-driven strategy.
You will also coach and develop team members, helping strengthen analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder collaboration.
Please note: This is a remote position open to candidates based in the EMEA region.

Accountabilities

• Own the Data team’s priorities, request intake, and triage, and facilitate team rituals such as planning sessions, reviews, and workshops.

• Conduct hands-on analysis, build dashboards and business cases, and deliver recommendations that influence strategic and operational decisions.

• Prepare data insights for recurring business reports, including weekly reporting and Monthly Business Reviews.

• Collaborate with Product Managers to define tracking plans and success metrics in product requirements documents, aligning the data roadmap with product priorities.

• Translate stakeholder questions into clear specifications, metric definitions, and acceptance criteria that enable the team to deliver meaningful outcomes.

• Review and validate analyses, dashboards, and datasets to ensure accuracy, quality, and reliability before sharing them with internal or external stakeholders.

• Coach and develop Data team members, strengthening their problem-framing, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Co-own the data roadmap with the Data Tech Lead, ensuring infrastructure and technical investments address real business needs.

• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, pricing, growth, and business performance through data-driven insights.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data product management, including experience leading people or setting priorities for a small team.

• Expert-level SQL skills, with the ability to independently query, validate, investigate, and challenge data without relying on engineers.

• Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Omni, Superset, or similar platforms.

• Strong business and product acumen, with a track record of using data to uncover revenue, pricing, and growth opportunities.

• Sufficient technical depth to collaborate effectively with data engineers and discuss data warehouse design, pipelines, data models, and technical trade-offs.

• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to work across Product, Engineering, Finance, Business Development, and executive teams.

• Strong data storytelling skills, including the ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in the crypto or DeFi ecosystem, ideally in a data role at a crypto company, or a demonstrable understanding of areas such as cross-chain infrastructure, DEX aggregation, bridges, or wallets.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can shift and processes may need to be developed along the way.

Nice to have:

• Python programming skills.

• Experience with dbt and dimensional data modelling.

• Knowledge of semantic layer design and metric definition management.

• Experience preparing data, metrics, and documentation for reliable consumption by large language models (LLMs) and AI agents.

• Machine learning modelling experience, including forecasting, classification, or anomaly detection.

• Familiarity with on-chain data and analytics tools such as Dune Analytics.

• Exposure to streaming data technologies such as Kafka.
