Körber Group is seeking a Data Engineer to design, develop, and optimize data integration and analytics across our BI landscape. You will ensure reliable data flows and enable informed, data-driven decisions in a collaborative, agile, international environment.

Responsibilities include building pipelines with SAP Datasphere and Databricks, translating requirements with stakeholders, and advancing data governance and security across SAP ecosystems. Hybrid/remote options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in (SAP) data engineering, data modeling, or analytics.
• Experience in SAP data analytics technologies (BDC, Datasphere) and/or Databricks.
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL/ELT design, and integration technologies (APIs, OData, CDS Views).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data governance, metadata, and data security.
• Skilled in data modeling (star schema, snowflake, dimensional models).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; fluent in English (German is a plus).
• Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in an agile, international environment.
