White Circle is hiring a Data Engineer in Paris to design, build, and maintain production data pipelines and a robust data warehouse. You will model data to support engineering, product, and research teams, own schema design, migrations, and cost management, and collaborate with GTM teams to deliver enriched company data.

Qualifications

• Solid experience building and running production data pipelines and data warehouses.
• Strong SQL and Python proficiency.
• Experience designing data models for cross-team use.
• Hands-on with a modern data stack (ETL/ELT, orchestration, analytics stores).
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar systems.
• Production mindset focusing on reliability, migrations, performance, and cost.
• Ability to work independently end-to-end in an early-stage environment.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain reliable production data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and orchestration.
• Model and structure data in the warehouse for engineering, product, and research teams.
• Own data infrastructure including schema design, migrations, performance, and cost management.
• Provide data support to GTM engineers with curated company and account data.
• Integrate diverse data sources into the warehouse and build data‑extraction jobs.
• Improve data quality, observability, and documentation.
• Diagnose and resolve pipeline issues; execute data and infrastructure tasks for robustness.
