Job summary

Indie Campers in Toulouse seeks a Regional Operations Analyst to drive daily operations across the region, focusing on fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and efficiency. You will own end-to-end processes from real estate expansion to partner management, reporting to the Regional Operations Lead.

The role is KPI-driven, requiring hands-on analytics, process improvement, and cost reduction efforts. English fluency is mandatory; knowledge of French or other languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• Background in Engineering, Industrial, Mechanical, or similar.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, procurement, logistics, continuous improvement, or facilities management.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and optimisation, ideally with Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making to support outcomes.
• Track record of contributing to cost reduction or efficiency gains.
• Proactive and action-oriented mindset with initiative to solve operational challenges.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow and improve structured procedures with precision and consistency.
• Collaborative team player, willing to work with regional and local teams to reach objectives.
• Adaptable and resilient in changing circumstances and unforeseen challenges.
• Strong communication skills; fluency in English is mandatory; German/Italian/French are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in local operational procedures and contribute to their evolution within your region.
• Identify, design, and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce operational cost per booking.
• Monitor and report on regional KPIs, using data to identify root causes of underperformance and prioritise corrective actions.
• Support regional and local leadership teams in achieving operational targets and business objectives.
• Act as the regional point of contact for local partners and suppliers, ensuring service quality and operational standards.
• Manage relationships with real estate providers, laundry services, gas suppliers, cleaning companies, and other operational partners.
• Execute regional stock replenishment procedures to guarantee smooth day-to-day operations, optimising stock levels and avoiding excess cost.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of real estate standards, ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Procure, negotiate, and manage suppliers with focus on cost reduction and service level improvement.
• Support the expansion of the regional network through real estate sourcing, procurement, and supplier development initiatives.
• Standardise and document processes across depots to ensure consistency and scalability.
