CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Data Center Technician in La Courneuve, Île-de-France to perform preventative maintenance and repairs inside a data center environment.

You will inspect Mechanical & Engineering systems, respond to BMS alarms, work with third-party vendors, and complete planned maintenance following established processes while maintaining safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates have technical training or apprenticeship with 1-2 years’ experience, willingness to work shifts

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or equivalent in a technical discipline with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to present information to internal teams, clients and management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs in a Data Center.
• Assist with daily site inspections of Mechanical & Engineering systems and equipment.
• Respond to Building Management System alarms and complete emergency repairs as needed.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors ensuring compliance with processes and regulations.
• Complete planned PMs and reactive maintenance per established procedures.
• Monitor UPS, PDUs, and utility readings during site walkthroughs.
• Ensure safety, regulatory, and quality standards are met in all tasks.
