ThunderSoft is seeking a Security Manager to lead on-site data center operations and implement the physical security management system in Paris. The role emphasizes enhancing security awareness, conducting inspections, and coordinating cross-functional teams to uphold security policies.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of total work experience with at least 1 year in security-related roles within property management or similar fields, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree requirement: full-time college diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Major requirement: Property Management, Security Technology, or related fields.
• Total work experience: at least 3 years; security-related experience: at least 1 year.

Responsabilités

• Drive data center on-site operations, facilities, and related teams to implement the physical security management system.
• Improve on-site security team's awareness and skills through training, drills, and testing to meet job requirements and ensure local physical security.
• Perform comprehensive security inspections of the data center, identify potential risks and hazards in a timely manner, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Ensure effective implementation of security control measures during major events and incidents.
