Exyte in France is seeking a Mechanical Package Owner to lead the delivery of all mechanical systems for a large-scale hyperscale data center project. You will own the package from design coordination through construction, commissioning and handover on site in France.

You will coordinate with project management, construction, design teams, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure delivery is safe, on time, within budget and aligned with Exyte quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years' experience delivering mechanical construction on complex projects.
• Proven experience managing mechanical subcontractors and suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, cooling infrastructure, piping, and commissioning.
• Experience in project management and construction management.
• Data center project experience required.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own Mechanical Package scope throughout project lifecycle.
• Manage HVAC, cooling, piping, plumbing, and related infrastructure.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Lead package progress meetings with stakeholders.
• Monitor schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers for compliance.
• Review technical docs, drawings, and construction deliverables.
• Coordinate interfaces with electrical, I&C, security, logistics, and civil disciplines.
• Support procurement, contract administration, change management, and claims.
• Ensure safety compliance and local regulations.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting delivery.
• Monitor commissioning readiness and handover.
• Prepare package progress reports and communicate risks.
