Nebius is seeking an IT infrastructure engineer to troubleshoot data center hardware and manage RMAs. You will work across IT hardware, firmware, and server systems to diagnose issues and implement robust workarounds. English proficiency required; driving license is a plus. This role requires Unix/Linux experience, hardware monitoring, data analysis, and collaboration with vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in data centers and server equipment.
• Deep knowledge of IT hardware and practical troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Unix/Linux operating system and command line.
• Experience with equipment monitoring, data analysis and presentation.
• Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsabilités

• Solve firmware and hardware related issues in servers with in-depth system knowledge.
• Execute workarounds and solutions for IT hardware issues.
• Serve as SME and escalation point for L1/L2 technicians.
• Create and update processes and documentation for IT hardware team.
• Collaborate with related departments to improve processes.
• Coordinate with vendors on RMA requests and warranty replacements.
• Improve support processes, documentation and training materials.
